GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered.

Starting at $750 for The Essentials and $1,000 for The Experience. The Full Night is quoted custom based on timeline, travel, and scope. Every quote reflects your date, venue, and event details — reach out and I will put together something specific to your room.
The Essentials covers core DJ service for celebrations that need great music and a smooth flow. The Experience adds MC support, deeper playlist planning, and more hands-on coordination. The Full Night extends coverage across ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception — built for events that need me there start to finish. Package details are on the homepage; your quote will spell out exactly what is included.
Popular dates go first, especially weekends April through December. Two to six months out is the sweet spot, but reach out either way. If your date is open, we can move fast.
Yes. A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Specific amounts and payment methods come with your quote.
Terms are outlined in your signed agreement. If your date or plans change, reach out as early as possible — I will work with you on rescheduling when the calendar allows.
Both are available. Wedding receptions are my core work, but The Full Night and custom quotes can also include ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Share your full timeline in your inquiry and I will shape the quote around it.
Typically 60–90 minutes before guest arrival for setup and sound check. Larger or complex setups may need more — we confirm timing in your planning timeline so nothing feels rushed.
Yes. I coordinate with planners, venue staff, and AV teams so timelines, announcements, and transitions stay smooth — especially for corporate events and larger receptions.
Yes. I am Orlando and Chicago based and travel friendly. Travel costs depend on distance and logistics, and they are always quoted up front — no surprises.
Yes. Professional sound, DJ gear, and backups come with me. If your venue has a house system, I can work with that too.
Absolutely. I plan your must-plays and your do-not-plays with you before the event. Guest requests are welcome when they fit the vibe we agreed on.
Yes. Introductions, transitions, and announcements are included in The Experience and The Full Night. I keep it warm and professional, never cheesy.
You will not be left without music. I maintain a network of trusted professional DJs as a backup plan, and your planning documents make a handoff seamless. The person you plan with is the person who shows up.
Whatever the room calls for. Cocktail, formal, or casual. Tell me the dress code and I'll match it.
PLACEHOLDER: confirm liability insurance status with client before publishing this answer. Many venues require a certificate of insurance (COI) — ask in your inquiry if your venue needs one.
Packages run from 4 hours to full-night coverage. Overtime is available if the party refuses to end; we agree on the rate before the event.
